Shop Hop Quilts for 2012

The shop owners decided to make a change for 2012. This year we designed our quilts and have cut them on the accu cut. I know that I (Quilt N Bee) finished my quilt top this week and I should have it quilted next week. One less thing to worry about. I hope you all like it. We will be putting photos up in April………………

Smoke Bear and Teddy Bear were here

Smokey Bear and Teddy Bear ( two beautiful Pomeranians) from Amarillo Texas just left the Quilt N Bee. They stopped for a bit of water and then to the park to run before the heading to Lawton for the night….. Have a good trip boys.

Quilt N Bee has been rearranged, dust, plumped, pouffed and generally is ready for you to visit. It is the last couple of days before the shop hop. I hope you are ready!

Get ready get set hop!

We are FAST approaching the Hop the River Shop Hop . At Quilt N Bee have been cleaning house and decluttering (spring cleaning). This is very much to your advantage. We have found stuff that we didn’t even know that we had and it will be on sale here for you.

A few administrative notes about the shop hop. All shops will be open from 9:00 am to 7:00pm April 28, 29 & 30. We have ordered fantastic weather for you so do put this on the calendar and get your girls friends together.

The theme this year was flowers and each shop created and original flower block. We then put all of them together and each shop made their own quilt out of it. They are all so different. Blocks will be on sale at each shop for $4.99. That includes the pattern and the fabrics to make the block. Each shop will have a finishing kit for their quilt. Kits will be limited so if you like the quilt pick it up then. DON’T WAIT.
